Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also appear in the original packaging

Exchanges (if any)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you have to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail

If the item has been marked as a gift when purchasing and shipping directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item has not been marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the donor has received the order that was sent to you later, we will send you a refund to the donor and he will inform you of your return .
